What You'll Do

Spend time at this wonderful fitness, yoga and wellbeing retreat nestled among the trees but just a short drive to nearby beaches; stay in a lovely villa with a pool and take part in daily yoga lessons, fitness classes & walking and cycling excursions accompanied by a healthy seasonal menu.

This 3 night fitness, yoga and wellbeing break is ideal for those looking for time to relax but also enjoy daily activities with like-minded people, eat healthy delicious meals but maybe also enjoy a glass of wine in the evening whilst in stunning surroundings on Spain’s Costa Blanca.

Your holiday can be adapted to suit your needs and Demi and her team will be there to help you achieve your goals whether it is getting fitter, losing weight or simply relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

You’ll be contacted by email before you arrive to check your preferences and goals so the holiday can be tailored to what you and the group want from it.

Yoga classes and fitness activities are done outside, when possible, in the sun, blue skies and fresh air. From sunrise yoga on the beach, to a nice bike ride through the grapevines, you are sure to experience lovely scenery and a different environment to a regular gym!

You’ll stay in a beautiful villa with modern facilities immersed in the nature and surrounded by tall green trees. All rooms are bright and airy with private bathrooms and there are many communal spaces for you to use including relaxing gardens and a swimming pool area with sunbeds.


All fitness levels welcome on this fun and friendly holiday.

Price includes, meals, accommodation and return transfers to Alicante Airport.

Personal Trainer Demi has an approach to health and wellbeing that aims to help you feel lighter, toned and rejuvenated by the end of your stay. Demi is also joined by instructors, Danny, Nabs and Dionne. Danny is a CYQ Certified Level 3 personal trainer and mad about fitness; Danny decided to follow his passion and help people get fit, feel better and achieve their goals. He specialises in weight loss and body toning and will be sure to push you every step of the way while making full use of the outdoor gym where possible. Dionne is a yoga instructor and has completed IYT 250 hours Teacher training course in India. Dionne practises different forms of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin but her lessons focus mainly on Hatha yoga with focus on alignment and breath. Nabs will be joining the retreat on specific dates only to lead yoga lessons. Based in the UK but travelling regularly all over the world, he has over 10 years of dedicated practice eventually qualifying as a yoga instructor in Thailand.

Experience Itinerary

A Typical Day & Accommodation Details

– Your day starts around 7am with a gentle wake up call so you can get yourself ready for the day
– At 8am, you will start with a classic or dynamic morning yoga session which will get you ready to face the day ahead
– After yoga around 9:30am, enjoy a healthy breakfast that will set you up for the day of activities
– Around 11am, your daily activities start and could include a bike ride or a walk
– At 1pm it’s time for a well-earned lunch
– After lunch, you have free time until 4pm; on some days, there might be excursions planned to the surrounding areas, like the beaches or markets, or you will have the time to simply relax by the pool
– From 4:30-5:30pm is a yoga or fitness class but if you prefer to sit this session out, then that’s your choice and there’s no pressure to take part
– At 6:30pm it’s time for a delicious dinner with the group before spending the evening as you please and maybe even enjoying a glass of wine!

Please note that classes are not mandatory – if one of the classes isn’t for you or you do not want to participate for whatever reason, you can choose to relax by the pool or go for a walk


Stay in a lovely villa that has all the modern comforts for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are several communal areas including a living room with a TV, dining room and many outdoor shaded areas to relax in and there is also a kitchen is also available for you to use when delicious meals are not offered. All meals included in the retreat are made use the freshest ingredients which are all locally sourced according to the season.

Outside you will find a lovely swimming pool area with sunbeds and gardens where you will find free-range hens and more exotic birds wandering around.

– The retreat is just a 20 minute drive from the nearest beach and a short walk to the local village and shops
– The accommodation is bright, clean and spacious with a shared living area and a kitchen which guests are free to use
– There are 5 bedrooms all with a private bathroom which will be shared with the other guests in the room: 2 twin (with ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the pool area), 2 double (with ensuite bathroom) and 1 triple (bathroom is directly outside the door and a private balcony area)
– All bedrooms have ceiling fans with mosquito nets over the windows
– There are also communal areas you can use and relax in such as a living room with TV, dining room, 5 outdoor seating areas, a swimming pool area with sunbeds and gardens
– WiFi is available in the retreat
– Push bikes, yoga mats, exercise equipment and hairdryers are also available for you to use
– Check in anytime after 12pm on day 1 and check out before 10am on departure day (if you have a later flight and will be getting an additional transfer, you are welcome to stay until 4pm at no extra charge)

Location Information

This yoga, fitness and wellbeing retreat is situated in the heart of the Jalon Valley on Spain’s Costa Blanca just one hour from Alicante airport. You will stay in a lovely villa surrounded by trees creating a calming relaxing environment to enjoy your holiday while being just a short drive from beaches and shops.


– A transfer to/from Alicante Airport to the retreat is included in the price

  • Check in any time after 12pm on day 1 and check out by 10am on departure day

- Your host Demi will contact you by email before you arrive to check your preferences and goals; this means the holiday can then be tailored to what you and the group want from it, whether that means more fitness and less yoga or vice versa
- Suitable for all ages with a minimum age of 18 and no upper age limit

- Although there will be activities throughout the day, there will also be time to relax
- During your free time you can choose to enjoy the pool area for swimming and sunbathing, go for a walk or bike ride or use the outdoor gym (TRX, battle ropes, tyre & weights)
- You can even book a massage treatment (this is at an additional cost and can be arranged and paid for on arrival)
