Set on the Costa de la Luz near the town of Zahora overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, there is no better place to be inspired on this 7 night fitness & wellbeing camp; a challenging and rejuvenating fitness programme will improve your fitness as you work and reconnect with the surrounding nature.

Nestled at the foot of a nature park and a quick jaunt away from the white beach of Zahora, this fitness and wellbeing camp is the perfect place to improve your physical fitness whilst taking time out to relax.

Train in natural settings and make the most of the outdoor gym before relaxing your muscles in the jacuzzi, cooling off in the pool, or just putting up your feet in the gardens.

By day, you will have a mix of physical activities to boost your fitness levels, including but not exclusive to kettle bells, running, sprinting in the sand, yoga, team games and competitions, and some days even horseback riding.

So varied is the programme in a stunning setting that you will never get bored – the sea, the beach, the ocean and what nature provides will prove to be the best hands on gym experience you’ve ever had.

During this revitalising fitness and wellbeing camp, your fantastic trainer Casper and his team will be on hand to provide you with a personal assessment and attention, drawing from their wealth of experience to ensure you gain the utmost from your camp; no matter what your physical condition or your personalised goals. Experience Itinerary

A Typical Day & Accommodation

Please note the camp does not run a standardised course – rather they adjust your camp depending on weather conditions and fitness level of participants, while having some space in the itinerary to change things up and throw in some surprises as well; each morning a new itinerary will be provided for you.

– 8:30am: a morning training session
– 10am: a hearty and delicious breakfast will follow
– 11am: time to relax and maybe enjoy access to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi
– 1pm: Boxing and strength & conditioning on the beach
– 3pm: reward your hard work with lunch and well-earned siesta
– 6pm: some group yoga to stretch out your muscles
– 8pm: healthy dinner followed by a nutrition workshop

There will be some activities like surfing and horse riding plus one rest day (which includes a morning training session only) to be confirmed on your arrival.

Accommodation

– Accommodation is located in a small town by the white beach of Zahora and at the foot of the nature park
– There are two accommodation options at this fitness and wellbeing camp; the ‘casa’ and hotel and they are located 150m apart
– The ‘country casas’ contain five rooms each, including two twin bedrooms for up to 4 people to share, a living room/dining room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace
– Hotel accommodation is available for those who want privacy as they have ensuite bathrooms, as well as single rooms in the houses, for a supplement fee
– A BBQ is located in the garden for a communal mid-week BBQ
– A pool and Jacuzzi are for your use just a short distance away at the hotel (seasonal opening times & weather permitting: open from approx. mid April to end of October)
– Casas are fully equipped and include a TV and a wood burning fireplace to make your casa cozy
– WiFi is available in both accommodation
– Accommodation is included for 7 nights / 8 days
– Check in anytime after 3pm on day 1 and check out before noon on day 8
– Your gym will be the beautiful outdoors

This was just the kick-start back into fitness that I needed. From the word 'go' it was challenging and enjoyable, either in the woods, on the beach or just in the garden. We learnt about bush-living and nutrition also. Casper is a great instructor and very motivational!

Location Info

The training camp is in the beautiful village of Los Caños de Meca on the south coast of Spain, near Zahora beach. You’ll take full advantage of the stunning natural environment by combining challenging training with natural props and settings for great results. The area is close to the airports of Jerez, Gibraltar and Seville and the host at your retreat offers a transfer service from all airports.

Caños de Meca is a small community on the windswept Costa de la Luz, deep in the Parque Natural del Acantilado, Caños de Meca has beautiful beaches, lined by cliffs and pine trees. Perched on the cliff-tops straddling the coast road, this sleepy little village is quickly catching up, with a reputation as a great place for travellers and water sport enthusiasts alike.

Gibraltar (1 hour 15 minutes by car)
Seville (1 hour 45 min..

  • 7 nights accommodation in the ‘casa’ twin/double room
  • If you would prefer an ensuite bathroom, you can choose to upgrade to a room at a local hotel
  • 3 training sessions each day excluding the rest day when there will be one session in the morning
  • Your training schedule and rest day will be confirmed on your arrival as they are adapted to meet the needs and wishes of the group
  • 3 meals per day including soft drinks (PLEASE NOTE no meals are included on your arrival day and on the rest day breakfast plus either lunch or dinner will be provided)
  • Use of a pool, Jacuzzi, garden, and rooftop terrace (seasonal; approx. mid April to end of October)
  • Check in any time after 3pm on day 1 and check out by noon on day 8
