Celebrate Easter with an unforgettable family holiday to the heart of Finnish Lapland, where wilderness meets wonder. From husky-led journeys through snow-covered pine forests to peaceful nights spent watching for auroras, this adventure captures the magic of the Arctic spring.

This immersive experience is designed with families in mind, offering the perfect balance of adventure, comfort, and downtime. Each day brings a new moment of discovery—whether it’s the joy of children piloting mini snowmobiles or the serenity of gliding behind reindeer through white meadows.

All meals are taken care of, so you can focus on what matters—spending quality time together in one of the most breathtaking places on earth. Whether it’s mastering a new skill like cross-country skiing or sharing the thrill of a sleigh ride under the stars, each experience is made to bring your family closer.

This isn’t just a holiday—it’s a story your family will tell for years to come.

A full example itinerary is detailed below, activity timings can differ slightly, your own personal schedule will be given to you upon check in.

*Price per person based on 2 adults plus 2 children staying in a Aurora cabin or Taiga Cabin (subject to availability).

Escape to the Wilderness

When you touch down at Rovaniemi airport, you will pick up the bus to transfer you to the incredible resort Drive through the ethereal pine forest, and arrive at your very own luxury accommodation, nestled within the still, white trees.

Take some time to settle in, unpack, or explore, then we’ll welcome you for a dinner in the on site restaurant for a meal made with natural, local produce from the surrounding environment.

After dinner, the evening is yours to enjoy. You can choose to relax in front of a roaring log fire or you could book an extra trip to go out and see the Northern Lights:

– Northern Lights Tour with Snowshoes – See the Northern Lights by Snowmobile

Then head back to your warm cabin for the night, lying under the ink-black sky, gazing upwards through the clear window to catch a glimpse of the incredible Northern Lights.

Huskies and the Northern Lights

After breakfast, you’ll set off on a thrilling 5km husky safari through snow-draped forests, guided by eager and friendly sled dogs. In the evening, climb aboard a heated sleigh and venture into the wilderness for a 3-hour aurora hunt. As you glide quietly beneath the stars, keep your eyes on the sky for a glimpse of the dancing Northern Lights.

Snowmobiling Through Spring Snowscapes

Fuel up with breakfast before heading out for a 2-hour snowmobiling journey across the Arctic terrain. Children can enjoy a complimentary ride on their own mini-snowmobiles while adults rev up their engines and explore pristine powder trails. Spend the afternoon relaxing or enjoying the complimentary skis and snowshoes at your own pace.

Activity timings may differ slightly, your confirmed schedule will be given to you upon check in.

Morning Sauna

Embrace a timeless Finnish ritual with an hour of pure, private serenity. Your traditional sauna experience is yours alone — a cocoon of heat, silence, and steam. Nestled away from the world, this exclusive session includes full access to the sauna, shower, changing room, and soft towels, so all you need to bring is your breath. Let the warmth unwind your thoughts, ease every muscle, and invite stillness into your bones. Step out refreshed, cheeks flushed, spirit stilled — as if nature itself had whispered a reset.

The afternoon is yours to shape. Stay in this gentle rhythm with a book, a nap, or a quiet wander through the snow-draped landscape — or follow curiosity into something new. Whether it’s a guided snowshoe through hushed forest paths, a short husky ride, or simply a steaming cup of cocoa by the fire, optional activities await if you feel the pull. This is your time — unhurried, unscripted, unforgettable.

Activity timings may differ slightly, your confirmed schedule will be given to you upon check in.

Reindeer Encounters and Family Skiing Fun

Sit down into the sleigh and signal the reindeer – and hold on! You’ll get to see how Laplanders used to move around before snowmobiles arrived in the northern wilderness. Driving a reindeer sleigh through the wintry forest is an experience to remember!

Next you get to try out cross country skiing – another traditional way to get around through the winter snow – enjoy the landscape at your own pace.

Activity timings may differ slightly, your confirmed schedule will be given to you upon check in.

Farewell

Your final morning in the Lapland. Wake up at a leisurely time  (check-out isn’t until 12 noon), and enjoy a final breakfast by the log fire as you reflect on the wonderful adventure you’ve had with us.

We’ll transfer you back to the airport, and look forward to maybe seeing you again!
