An experience not to forget. You get a true taste of the Scottish Highland's beauty. A great mix between the thrill of the rapids and breath-taking scenery. The team made us all feel safe and welcomed, these lot are true professionals!

Such a wonderful and relaxing stay. The attention to detail of the treehouse was amazing. The total thought to the surroundings and environment was outstanding. Totally appreciated the maps for the hiking trails and also the adventure day trip and also the gift of the print of the treehouse was the icing on the cake. Definitely will return.

Our break away was just magical, the treehouse was lovely with a fantastic decking area next to the stream. The hot tub was great and the outdoor shower was lovely. We had a rope swing and a hammock. You really do not need to go off site,so much to do or just relax and do nothing. The walk from the car park is a effort so pack light. Its a holiday where you really do have quality time and just perfect to create memories with family. Just perfect

A fantastic and different experience. The treehouses are so secluded and beautiful that you really feel like you are connecting back with nature. The views are amazing and the hot tub was a welcome sight after a day of walking in the mountains. A real treat for families or couples alike, we will certainly be heading back.

Having just returned from the treehouse retreat (we stayed in Lofty), I felt compelled to give a review as both the experience and hosts were great. Upon arrival we took the short walk to our treehouse, over a wobbly bridge and up into the trees. The treehouse itself was very cosy with a double bed, bunk beds and a kitchen/lounge area as well as an outside terrace, plenty of room for the 4 of us. We had a fabulous weekend of walking, toasting mar

Whether it’s in a yurt, a safari tent, a pod or a treehouse, glamping is the perfect way to get off the beaten track whilst remaining in total comfort.

It’s a chance to escape to nature, to really immerse yourself in a landscape and discover hidden gems not usually stumbled across by travellers staying in towns or cities.

At night, sleep in a proper comfortable bed with a log burner gently glowing in the winter, or with the sounds of nature and a canopy of stars above you in the summer. With spectacular forests, hillsides and wooded valleys all around you, glamping makes it easier than ever to go hiking by day, then light up a BBQ and soak in a hot tub as the soft evening light bathes your glamping spot.

Whether in the wilds of Wales, near the rugged coastline of Cornwall or the dramatic scenery of Scotland, here at Not In The Guidebooks we’re sure to have the perfect glamping accommodation for you that will help you escape reality and truly get away from it all.
