Terms & Conditions

Submission Deadline:

• You can submit your entries from the 27th December from this page
• Submit your entries by 28 Feb  for a chance to win one of our holiday giveaways

Eligibility and Entry Rules:

• Each holiday you sell qualifies as one entry into the prize draw in the relevant category (Arctic, Immersive or Special Interest)
• Duplicate submissions for the same sale are not allowed. If a sale is submitted more than once, all entries for that sale may be withdrawn.

Weekly Prizes:

• You do not have to enter for the chance to win the weekly prize, we will allocate these randomly from sales we’ve received.
• Weekly winners will be announced 1-5 days after the end of the week. We aim to announce winners as soon as possible.
• Weekly prizes will be revealed at the same time as the winners.

New Agent Bonus:

• New agents selling our products for the first time will receive 10 entries for their first sale. You only need to submit it once—additional entries will be applied automatically.
• Duplicate submissions of the same sale may result in it being withdrawn.
• The 10 entries will count toward both the weekly prize and the final holiday giveaway. Subsequent sales will count as one entry per sale.

Winning Weekly and Holiday Prizes:

• Winning a weekly prize does not remove that sale from the final holiday giveaway. One sale could win both a weekly prize and a holiday.

Boost Opportunities:

• Throughout the campaign period, there will be opportunities to boost your submissions for additional entries. These will be announced during the submission period and on our Facebook group

Prize Details:

• Each holiday prize is for two people and does not include flights.
• You will receive a selection of possible holidays to choose from depending on if you win our Arctic, Immersive or Special Interest holiday prize.
• The selection of holidays available will be announced in January.
• Each holiday prize will be worth a maximum of £3000 per holiday.
• Black out days will apply for the selected holidays for certain times.

Other T&Cs:

• A minimum of 5 entries(across all agents) in each category must be received for each prize draw to take place

Terms and Conditions – Winter Holiday Promotion

1. Promotion Period
   • This offer is valid for bookings made from 27 December through to January 30, 2024
   • All bookings must be completed and confirmed by 23:59 GMT on the closing date
2. Eligible Collections
   • This promotion is exclusively applicable to holidays from:
     • Arctic Collection*
     • Immersive Exploring Collection*
   • All other collections and holiday packages are excluded from this offer
   • *some holidays are excluded, discount will be shown at time of booking if applicable
3. Discount Structure
   • 5% discount up to a maximum saving of £400 per holiday.
   • Minimum spend requirement of £1,000 applies
   • Maximum discount available is £400
4. Redemption Process
   • Discount will be automatically applied at checkout
   • No promotional code entry required
   • Discount will be clearly displayed in the checkout summary before payment
5. General Terms
   • Offer applies to new bookings only
   • Total spend is calculated on the base holiday price before any other discounts
   • Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers
   • Discount is non-transferable and has no cash alternative
   • Booking modifications may affect discount eligibility
   • Cancelled bookings will forfeit the promotional discount if rebooked
6. Exclusions
   • Discount does not apply to additional extras, supplements, or travel insurance
   • Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings
7. Right to Modify
   • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this promotion at any time
   • All bookings made prior to any modification or withdrawal will be honoured
