Sally qualified with Distinction in 2015 in Clinical Nutrition. Following this, furthered her education in Prevention and Management of diabetes.

Sally is registered with the Complimentary Medicine Association, is a professional member of Diabetes UK, The Nutrition Society, College of Medicine and the PHC (Public Health Collaboration).

Sally strongly believes (CPD) Continuing Professional Development is vital to ensure her knowledge stay relevant and up to date for her clients.

I’m a true foodie! Everything from buying, cooking and sharing healthy meals is my true passion along with inspiring people to look after their health through evidence-based Lifestyle medicine.

From a family of award-winning Bakers and Confectioners, delicious bread and cakes were never far away. “Food is love” and it certainly was in my family!

As a teenager with a weight problem, I learned that the latest fad diets and counting calories didn’t work long term and was keen to find out and learn what did! My journey to becoming a registered Clinical Nutritionist was about to start.

With so much conflicting advice about exactly what a healthy diet is, many people have become confused and don’t really know where to start when creating healthy meals.

My aim is to inspire you! I’d like to share my passion and show you how easy it is to make nutritious and delicious food for you and your family and explain why eating this way can make you feel and look amazing and help to prevent weight related diseases in the future.

Cookery demonstrations covering healthy recipes from nutrient packed breakfasts to healthy snacks and more, and an overview of how a healthy balanced diet can stabilise blood sugars, boost energy levels, help your mood and support sleep.

I believe Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity and my aim is to create a small friendly community of like-minded people here and inspire you to cook and make healthier food and lifestyle choices for your future health and well-being, and leave feeling amazing and nourished in every way possible.
