The ultimate escapist getaway for two, this adventurous, romantic destination is breathtaking in its isolation and beautiful surroundings. Even without a thick blanket of snow, you'll enjoy blissful relaxation, adrenaline-pumping outdoor adventures and the world's greatest natural wonder to make this an unforgettable Autumn trip.

Finally, four days that are focused entirely around you. You’ll both receive private use of the sauna and spa, enjoy a relaxing massage, and cut out any hassle with fully-included, private transfers. Dine on traditional Finnish cuisine, using ingredients fresh from the stunning countryside, by a roaring open fire in the wilderness.

And, of course, unwind in your accommodation for two, a glass-roofed Aurora cabin, allowing you spectacular views of the night sky, scattered with stars, and of the otherworldly northern lights.

The daytime adventures include breath-taking arctic nature experiences and Lapland adventures; beautiful national park hike and a thrilling ride on a husky safari. The package also contains two special private activities specially designed for couples.

The second private activity is a dinner that goes beyond your average date night. We’ll take you on a journey up the beautiful, wide-open fells to a crystal clear lake, then, a 3-course dinner – complete with sparkling wine – will be set for you by an open fire as you wait for the northern lights to appear.

The schedule is planned so that you will have plenty of time for yourselves. Simply relax in the aurora cabin – the time is yours to enjoy and you can do whatever you and your partner wish.

After a day of arctic adventures, wrap up in a blanket under the Milky Way and the North Star, and watch as the tongues of flame that constitute the northern lights dance across the pure, clear skies.

Please note that the Autumn itinerary is in operation from 1 September to 23 November, when there is usually not enough snow to do the winter snow activities such as reindeer sleigh, and long husky rides.

A full example itinerary is detailed below, activity timings can differ slightly, your own personal schedule will be given to you upon check in.

*Price per person based on 2 people travelling, staying in a Aurora cabin (subject to availability).

Welcome to Wilderness

You will arrive into Rovaniemi and travel by shared shuttle through forests washed in amber and gold. Autumn in Finnish Lapland feels quieter, softer — the stillness before deep winter arrives.

Settle into your Glass Cabin, where panoramic windows frame the surrounding woodland. As dusk settles early, the sky deepens into indigo. You will dine at the Village restaurant, enjoying seasonal Lappish flavours, and later you may simply lie back beneath your glass roof, watching for the first flicker of the Northern Lights overhead.

Wild Landscapes & Private Indulgence

After breakfast, you will head into Pyhä National Park for a privately guided 3-hour hike. The trails wind through ancient forests and across open fell landscapes brushed with russet foliage. You will breathe crisp Arctic air, learn about the land beneath your boots, and pause for quiet moments where silence feels almost sacred.

Back at the Village, you will step into your own private sauna — heat rising, wood scenting the air. Later, you will each enjoy a 60-minute massage, allowing the stillness of the forest to settle fully into your body.

As evening falls, you will venture into the wilderness for a private Aurora hunting experience. A three-course dinner will be served in a secluded setting, far from artificial light. Between courses, you will step outside and look upward — autumn skies are often clear and dark, offering excellent opportunities to witness the Northern Lights dancing above the forest canopy.

Arctic Traditions & Gentle Adventure

Today you will experience Lapland’s most iconic animals in their quieter season. On your Autumn Husky Safari, you will meet the eager dogs and set out through forest trails painted in autumn colour. Without snow, the landscape feels raw and intimate — wheels replacing sled runners, energy replacing stillness.

Later, you will visit a traditional reindeer paddock. You will learn about Sámi heritage, hear stories of seasonal rhythms, and spend time up close with these calm Arctic animals.

Your final evening is yours to savour. Whether Aurora appear or not, there is something quietly romantic about autumn in Lapland — the dark skies, the hush, the sense of being wrapped in nature before winter claims the land.

Your Magical Weekend Complete

Wake up on your final morning here, hopefully blown away by the natural spectacle you witnessed last night.

Feeling rejuvenated and refreshed by the pure air, the time spent in nature and the extreme comfort you’ve enjoyed, head for a final breakfast.

Your stay sadly comes to an end at this point, and we’ll transfer you straight back to Ivalo airport.
