Going to Vietnam was our vacation, but it has turned out to be an "experience" instead. The driver and guide (Mr. Long and Mr. Long) were informative, enthusiastic, helpful and attentive in every way. The home stays were wonderful experiences. The host families were friendly and the food was great. We walked the mountain trails, through the valleys, met many villagers living in the remote mountain areas. We visited many villages, including the blacksmiths and Incense villages...etc. The scenery was outstanding. We had a couple of rainy days in Ba Be Lake and we compromised our itinerary to suit the weather. We were very happy with our journey. We have learned so much about the region. We are convinced that North Vietnam is a great place to visit. We will definitely return and bring some friends. Thank you.

My parter and I went on a trekking tour through the Ha Giang provence and Ba Be National Park with guide Mr Long and driver Mr Nam and had a fantastic time!! Firstly the scenery and views were spectacular whether we were on foot or driving in the car. Our guide Mr Long was excellent; he spoke good english, knew the area very well and took us to some excellent spots that not many others know about. Mr Long made sure the trip was personalised for us, from food and drinks we liked to the type of trails we liked. Our driver was also very good and we enjoyed our time with them both. The food was great - we ate heaps and a huge range of things. There was a great range of accommodation from home stays to hotels, always clean and welcoming. If you can afford to spend more for a personalised trip, we would highly recommend this one.
