Leaving Hanoi we were collected at the hotel by shuttle bus & went to Cat ba national park hiked for approximately 3-4 hours to a homestay where we spent our first night, the second day we travelled to Halong bay stayed overnight on a “cruisie” which my daughter and I had to ourselves. I am glad we did this tour. It was lovely to meet local people, share their home and their stories and of course try their delicious food.

We have just returned from a fabulous trip to see the Northern Lights in Lapland organised by NiTGB. The accommodation in the Aurora cabins was great and we did get to see the Northern Lights! The guides were very friendly and helpful, the food was great and the transfers very efficient.

A mother daughter trip couldn’t have been more magical. The 4 day trip from Marrakech to Merzouga covering caring varied landscapes was simply awesome. Mohammad, our guide and driver was simply the best. He was pleasant, polite, conversant, engaging, respectful, friendly , considerate, perceptive and simply great fun to enjoy the journey with. Simply superb. Was very well organised and our driver was great. Too many highlights to write here... had everything in it... deserts, mountains, camels, tents, rivers, gorges, on road and off road routes, villages... one particular highlight was having lunch with our host's family...one of the hotels wasn't great but the host was happy to ownership of that and make it as comfortable as possible.

Hamid, a local to Merzouga, led the tour, and I cannot rate him highly enough. He drove long distances to get from Marrakech to the Sahara, stopping for the most amazing photo opportunities, pointing out little businesses on the way that provided rose water, argan oil and fossil artefacts, and was always ready to answer our questions. Our trip to Iceland using NITG was nothing short of sensational! I booked it for my husbands birthday and we loved it from start to finish! They made everything so easy and straightforward. Amazing trips & activities with the best guides, made our day with their wonderful energy, passion and knowledge, not just about the glacier we hiked, but about Iceland as a whole. We had a wonderful 5 days discovery tour of Morocco with Hamid. It was a relaxing as well as efficient way to get a glimpse of this beautiful country, starting in Marrakesh and ending up in Tangier, with Fes and the desert in between. The minibus was comfortable and well driven, and the hotels carefully chosen. Hamid was also flexible and responsive to our special requests.

Thank you for planning such a magical experience. The highlight for me was watching the sun rise over Angkor Wat temple, a sight I will always remember and cherish. We enjoyed experiencing Khmer culture around Tonel sap and getting up close to elephants. Siem Reap is an exciting town, filled with friendly, welcoming local people, always eager to share their home and experiences with you.

This bucket list trip was more than just a journey to Kenya. It was a journey of the heart, a testament to the power of love and the resilience of my spirit. It was a chance for us to find hope and beauty in the midst of a difficult time, and to create memories that will last in our hearts!
