Our Host: Tricia and Michael

England

Thirty years ago with our two young boys we bought a derelict farmhouse and we’ve slowly transformed it into an idyllic secluded hideaway.

Our guests are welcome to enjoy all that we have to offer. There are wonderful walks, places to sit and relax. The land gently slopes down to a stream in the valley . There are two small lakes, one with a beach and logs to sit on and watch the swimming newts, and the other one by the old drovers way. The farm has a flock of rare breed sheep, pygmy goats, hens, ducks and abundant wildlife, flowers and trees, it is the perfect place to get back to nature to breathe, relax and reconnect with friends and family.

We have over 60 acres of fields and ancient woodland to explore, farm animals to meet and feed, a summerhouse for tea or writing by the lake and a fire pit for bonfires and cookouts.

Each property is unique and has been lovingly restored to create a comfortable and stylish home away from home.

Situated near the quaint market town of Frome, close to Mells and Bath, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Most guests simply want to rest and rejuvenate and many extend their stay. We take great care to offer a fantastic service so you can truly unwind.
