Floating and nestling on the Broads National park in the Suffolk market town of Beccles, where people and nature coexist seamlessly on the beautiful River Waveney. Every guest has access to their own private rowing boat berthed in the small dinghy park and allocated on arrival. We also offer SUP lessons and guided canoe tours. Private parking is available, each space named after the accommodation. Beccles Station cafe offer holiday hampers, picnics and breakfast delivery. With plenty of local award winning tastes nearby.

Well behaved pets are welcome on our quirky houseboats and Secret Garden, although our floating pods are pet-free to provide for all guests needs. All our accommodations are non-smoking and non-vaping.
