In 2016 I had a couple of months between finishing one job and starting another so…I stood on the street in Edinburgh and asked people if they wanted to taste beers with me. People started asking me questions. I started doing some research and discovered Scotland had an incredible secret brewing history.

I did a storytelling course and brewed all the history and beer knowledge into “a dreamy mixture of beautiful beer tastings and history you won’t find on any other tour.” Today, I’m supported by the wonderful Alan, Colleen, Iain, Jamie, Mhairi , Taylor and Wag. Together, we tell the history of Scotland through beer on walking tours in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
