Ibiza-born, Paolo has been a guide in outdoor activities in Ibiza for over 15 years. Paolo is one of Kayak-Ibiza’s expert guides! His knowledge of the island is priceless. He has the highest qualification in Spain to lead sea kayak tours (Level II Sea Kayak Technician, from the Spanish Canoeing Federation), BCU 4 * Sea Kayak, Yacht Skipper, Aquatic Lifeguard, Diploma in Guided Sports Activities in the Wild and Paddy Rescue Diver. Currently, a student of Agroecology, expanding his knowledge and experiences to know and respect the environment.

Lauren, born in Wales, has lived in Spain since 2004. Ibiza has been her home for the past 12 years. She has been guiding activities and in charge of Kayak-Ibiza for the last 7 years. Lauren’s passions are outdoor adventures and the sea. You can find her practicing surfing, sea kayaking, and adventure sports whenever possible! Her certificates include the highest qualification in Spain to lead sea kayak tours (Level II Sea Kayak Technician, from the Spanish Canoeing Federation), Yacht Captain, Beach Lifeguard and Paddy Advanced Open Water Diver. Currently studying French and German to be able to communicate with more people!
