Host Julie is joined by a fantastic team of professionals with a wealth of health, fitness and wellness knowledge and experience. Yoga & Pilates instructors, personal trainers, a nutritionist, osteopath, nurse & acupuncturist, life coach, counsellor & psychologist, 5 spa therapists, retreat host, and doctor, all work together with the common goal to ensure guests leave the retreat not just feeling healthier and fitter but with a deeper understanding of how to make positive changes towards a healthier you.
Head personal trainer is Claire, she is qualified in Personal Training and Advanced Instruction, Sports Massage Therapy, Nutrition and Weight Management, Circuit Training, Applied Nutrition, Torso Training and Core Stability, and Chavutti Thirumal Indian Rope Massage by foot pressure. Claire’s teaching approach is instructive as well as therapeutic – she feels strongly about imparting not just remedial instruction but teaching people new skills aimed to improve their self awareness for their own health and fitness and how to better look after themselves. Claire’s approach is always about balance, variety and challenging your body. She is a great believer in interval and resistance training, core strength and correct posture- all of these aspects will be taught and practiced in your group training sessions with Claire, she is supported by Mandy & Greg our other two PT’s who together add additional skill sets & offer guests a broad knowledge of fitness & some fabulous training sessions.
Sofia and Evelin are the very highly qualified Pilates instructors at the retreat and are passionate about making Pilates accessible to all. Caring teachers, they will guide you gently to a stronger core & a leaner fitter & more toned body. Yoga is taught by 3 different instructors who are all very well qualified & experienced professional teachers.
