The first has a double bed, while the second is a twin bedroom room with 2 single rooms, and both offer great views of the river where those staying can watch boats gently drift along throughout the day. There is also a bathroom complete with a basin, WC, and a shower.

Whilst taking time out, you can put your feet up and use the service provided by Beccles Station cafe, to order an arrival hamper, a picnic for a day out, or even have your breakfast delivered to you while you are on holiday.

The boathouse is on a working yard and as well as the pleasant comings and goings of the local wildlife, there are also boats coming and going, so there is a real buzz about the place.

For those who want to get out and about and explore then there are canoes and kayaks in order to do that via the river. Guests who want to try canoeing or kayaking can always take a guided tour and learn new skills as well as find out about the local area. If you want to try something totally different the pedal boat for two is a wonderful way to see the wildlife. Private Fishing is permitted off the houseboats and around the yard.
