Arrival
Upon arrival at the Sheepy Sleepover Retreat at any time after 2pm, you will be greeted by the instructors (and of course the sheep) to your new home for the next couple of nights.
Once settled, you will take part in your first yoga class, a mindful workout and Vinyasa Yoga session. These sessions help you de-stress and relax, whilst helping you focus on controlling your body and mind. With the backdrop being the beautiful Loch Lomond, there’s no better place for a yoga retreat!
Then you will have the chance to relax before enjoying a homemade pizza made in the outdoor oven and chatting about what you can do to get the most out of this relaxing weekend. You will also get the chance to learn about the local area around Loch Lomond, as well as the culture and traditions from the local experts helping you out over the weekend.
Following dinner, a mandatory star gaze and a cup of hot chocolate, it will be time to unwind for the evening and head to bed before another day in Sheepy paradise.
