Arrival

Upon arrival at the Sheepy Sleepover Retreat at any time after 2pm, you will be greeted by the instructors (and of course the sheep) to your new home for the next couple of nights.

Once settled, you will take part in your first yoga class, a mindful workout and Vinyasa Yoga session. These sessions  help you de-stress and relax, whilst helping you focus on controlling your body and mind. Full Day around Loch Lomond

Today is packed with an exciting itinerary, starting in the morning with a manifestation meditation with Pranayama. Combine the ancient practice of meditation and the profound breathing technique of Pranayama to unlock the power of manifestation within you.

Departure Day

This experience takes place around Loch Lomond, a gem nestled in the heart of Scotland’s stunning landscapes, captivates with its unparalleled beauty and serenity. Surrounded by majestic mountains and lush forests, the largest freshwater lake in Great Britain glistens like a shimmering jewel.

FAQs

I'm a solo travelling, can I book this break

Yes, you can, however, the retreat runs on a minimum of 2 participants. They will accept solo travellers on this break, but the host reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum booking numbers aren't reached. 

what are the sleeping arrangements ?

We have one double room with king bed and one small room with bunk beds. We also have a vintage camper van with one double bed if needed. There is one shared shower room
