In one of the most beautiful natural sceneries of the Algarve, Ponta da Piedade, the coast is formed by dense corroded cliffs, which have been carved in rocky pillars, natural tunnels and hidden caves. Because of that, the irregularly deformed sandstone cliffs stand in stark contrast to the peaceful turquoise and green deep waters, and the whole region is simply breathtaking.

To observe the cliffs from the sea, you’ll kayak out and explore the sea, going through the labyrinth of the unique rock formations.

You’ll see the beautiful traditional lighthouse situated on the promontory of Ponta da Piedade – a magnificent and unforgettable experience.

When I was around 35, myself and a couple of my travelling friends (one of which is my brother), decided to set up our company. Ponta da Piedade is a headland with a group of rock formations along the coastline of the town of Lagos, in the Portuguese region of the Algarve. Consisting of yellow-golden cliff-like rocks up to 20 meters high, they are one of the most famous touristic attractions of Portugal.
