You’ll meet at the a prearranged spot in central Rome for 12:00pm and the cooking class will take place in the chef’s kitchen in the centre of Rome.
Here you will spend 2.5 hours getting to know Italian cooking techniques and the skills required to create delicious Italian pasta from scratch.
Under the guidance of your fun and friendly Italian host Fabio, and his team, who are absolutely passionate about Italian cooking, you will immerse yourself in the Italian kitchen and discover the gastronomic delights of Rome.
The aim of the course is to give you the techniques required to cook different pasta dishes and your chef will share recipes and tips so you can confidently make and cook delicious fresh pasta to impress your friends back home.
Under the guidance of our chefs, you will have the opportunity to create different types of traditional Italian pasta: cavatelli, fettuccine, and/or ravioli.
At the end of the course you will be able to enjoy the dishes you have created and sample some local wine to accompany your meal!
