What deposit do I need to take from my customer?

For multi day experiences our standard deposit is 25% of the total experience cost.

For day experiences we offer free cancellation up to 14 days prior to experience start date therefore a deposit is not necessary, however you may feel you want to obtain a financial commitment from your customer and therefore we suggest an amount of £10 per person.
