After meeting your guide at a prearranged pick up point, get ready for a stunning walk through the breathtaking rolling hills and fells of the Brecon Beacons.
Your guide will be a highly experienced, fully-qualified Mountain Leader, with an intimate knowledge of the trails that wind through the beautiful windswept landscape and the expertise to make your hike safe and tailored to your level.
They’ll get you off the standard trails that most tourists use, and show you the hidden gems that stumble upon deep blue glacial lakes, rushing waterfalls and streams in quiet forests, sudden peaks that offer sweeping panoramic views over strikingly beautiful heathlands.
You’ll feel as if you’ve really gotten out into the wilderness, as you drink in endless horizons without another hiker in sight, and return with weary legs having got the best out of this wonderful natural landscape.

Based in the Brecon Beacons, Huw and his team have been providing guided mountain biking & hiking adventures throughout Wales for all abilities since 2009. They are all fully qualified and experienced locally based guides, as well as Brecon Beacons National Park Ambassadors. Every year, they donate 1% of their annual sales turnover to support local voluntary organisations that protect and enrich the environment they work in.

Each hike is entirely bespoke and tailored to you, so your guide will organise a meeting point based on the level of walk you want, what you would like to see and what is convenient for you.
If you’re staying in the area, your guide will generally try to choose a meeting point no more than a 20 minute drive from your accommodation.
