I cannot get the extra stone off of me to save my life. It is awful, I hate the gym, I love my carbs, and I constantly find myself lost in the wine aisle. But I think – no, I know – that I could shed a few if I were to, I don’t know, end up in Thailand, where all gorgeous healthy Thai food is brought to me 3 times a day, in between time in the infinity pool, or lying on the beach sweating off those calories in the sun.
Just maybe I would be able to drag myself to the fitness or yoga classes, in between 1 of my 7 massages. Also, Pilates and core sessions I am sure are more bearable when it is followed by some time in the steam room. Seeing that I can join any fitness classes I fancy throughout my days, I am sure I will be encouraged to just to get some time in the air conditioning in the studios after falling asleep on the beach.
And after 8 nights in a luxury superior Moroccan-inspired room with a balcony, I will still have my personalised workout program to take home, to keep me going to continue the weight loss.
