Just 20 minutes out of Nuwara Eliya town is the trail to head to the secret waterfall.
The trail starts on the mud roads that snake through beautiful valleys and vegetable plantations on either side. You then enter the jungle and hike along a stream to get to the falls. The route crosses a series of smaller falls before you reach Sri Lanka’s largest water fall. Where you get the chance to relax by the falls and jump in for a relaxing dip.
