Since 1750, the Monje family have been producing wine and now, the fifth generation are at the helm. And it's this expansive history you'll learn about on this authentic wine tour. Here, the family will share with you the historic traditions of the winery, through a guided tour and tasting of some world-class wine and cheese.
After the guided tour of the winery you’ll take part in a tasting. Here’s what you’ll try:
A glass of Dragoblanco (young white wine) accompanied by a fresh white goats cheese from Tenerife.
A glass of Hollera (red wine produced using carbonic maceration) accompanied by smoked goats cheese from La Palma.
A glass of MonjeTradicional (young red wine) accompanied by a semi-cured peppery goats cheese from Fuerteventura.
A glass of Listán Negro (Red, aged in the barrel) accompanied by cured goats and sheep milk cheese from Gran Canaria.
This tour starts at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 4pm daily. Please specify which start time you require when booking.

Great tour with very friendly staff. Wine tasting was amazing, and was paired with delicious cheeses. Bought 2 bottles of the wine to bring home.

We enjoyed a short trip around the winery learning about the whole process from planting the vines to harvesting and making the wine. Once the tour had finished we enjoyed 4 of the wines from the winery with canary cheese. It’s not too far from Pue...
