Spend 7 nights of total relaxation in the stunning Spanish Aragon Pyrenees centring yourself with daily yoga and meditation sessions in spectacular mountain settings; explore natural surroundings, attend wellbeing workshops on raw food and sound meditation while staying in a 17th century farmhouse.

The unspoilt region of Aragon in the Spanish Pyrenees, known for its gorgeous landscapes and rich history, will be the setting of this 7 night / 8 day yoga, meditation, and wellbeing holiday.

This tranquil location is the idyllic spot for meditation sessions in stunning surroundings and daily yoga sessions. Plus, you’ll get the chance to visit several scenic spots in the region to immerse yourself and benefit from this unique setting.

Start each day with a revitalising yoga and meditation session to focus your day. Then, branch out into the region with guided walks to mountain lakes, medieval bridges, and historic villages. Marvel at the stunning Spanish Pyrenees with walking meditation sessions and picnic lunches in serene mountain settings.

Throughout the week, attend various workshops on wellbeing and healthy living. Join Julia for a workshop on raw food diets (complete with tasty energy balls!) and then reflect on the ancient art of sound meditation in another session. Learn about energy flow and the 7 Chakras before practising these techniques during excursions through the surrounding mountains.

During your holiday, stay in a gorgeously renovated 17th-century farmhouse in any of its 7 guest rooms, complete with a wonderful view of the surrounding grounds or mountains. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom and various other modern amenities.

The grounds include a vegetable patch used to cook your meals, beautiful gardens, and a courtyard with a library, the ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in the local culture and cuisine.

Experience Itinerary


– Arrive in Albella
– Check into your room anytime after 5pm and settle in
– Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink along with the chance to meet Simon and Lucy, your hosts for the week
– Have your first evening meal at the farmhouse

Introduction to the area & first meditation & yoga classes

– Start your day with yoga and stretching with Julia, who will give you an introduction to meditation
– After a leisurely breakfast, take a walk around the local area to learn about its history, culture and wildlife
– Along the route, stop for brief meditation in the calm surroundings
– Return to the farmhouse to lunch, and enjoy a free afternoon to relax, read, chat, or wander through the surrounding countryside
– In the evening, join your second yoga class with Julia before a light dinner

Yoga and walk to canyon of Añisclo

– This morning, spend time with Julia in a yoga and meditation session before breakfast
– After your breakfast, head to the beautiful canyon of Añisclo, one of the deepest limestone canyons in Europe
– Visit the chapel of San Urbez, which has been built into the rockface of the cliffs
– Walk alongside the river bellos, and relax in several spots along the way
– While in this serene setting, practice meditation and respiratory exercises, plus learn visualisation techniques in an outdoor workshop
– Enjoy picnic lunch here before returning to Albella
– This afternoon, meet Tej your Kundalini yoga teacher, for an afternoon class with her
– Relax and enjoy an evening meal in the farmhouse

Raw food diet and sound meditation workshops

– Enjoy a revitalising yoga and meditation session with Julia before breakfast
– After breakfast, join Julia’s workshop on raw food to learn about the benefits of raw food diets, how to create and enjoy raw foods, and to try Julia’s legendary power balls
– This afternoon, attend a sound meditation workshop; sound has been used to heal for thousands of years, so you will learn how to use it for your own wellbeing
– In the evening, join an optional stroll to the small chapel in Albella
– Explore its interior and discover its history (and fabled miracles!) before watching the sunset against the mountains
– After dinner, you will have the option to watch a documentary on meditation

Kundalini yoga and mountain lake excursion

– Before breakfast, relax with an early Kundalini yoga class with Tej
– Once you have eaten, leave for a legendary mountain lake – and one of the most beautiful in the Pyrenees – on today’s excursion
– Wind through woods, mountain meadows and ancient glacial moraines to arrive at the lake in time for a delicious picnic lunch
– In this tranquil location, practice some of the techniques from the week and watch the sun dip behind the surrounding mountains
– Return to the farmhouse for a homemade dinner this evening

Ainsa town visit and Chakra meditation workshop

– Join Julia for pre-breakfast yoga and meditation
– Then, take a short drive to the medieval town of Ainsa
– Wander the cobbled streets and soak up the panoramic mountain views from the old castle
– After refreshments in the local plaza, walk to the local spa, which is located in a beautifully renovated monastery
– Once fully relaxed and pampered, return to Albella for lunch
– This afternoon, immerse yourself in a workshop on Chakra meditation; the 7 Chakras are the energy centres in your body through which energy flows, and blocked Chakras can lead to illness so you’ll learn to release this and allow free flowing energy through your body
– Dine on a light dinner this evening

Final yoga and meditation and Ordesa National Park visit

– Enjoy your last morning yoga and meditation session with Julia
– After breakfast, leave for the west side of Ordesa National Park
– Drive through the dramatic gorge in the Valle de Bujaruelo before arriving at the medieval bridge of San Nicolas de Bujaruelo
– From here, walk along the babbling river Ara past flowers, mountain streams, butterflies, and birds
– As you walk, connect with the nature around you with a bit of walking meditation
– Enjoy a picnic lunch and go over the incredible week
– On the journey home, stop in the medieval village of Torla to wander and shop for souvenirs
– This afternoon, partake in your final yoga class with Tej
– After dinner, relax with Tej during a meditative chant before bed


– Eat a leisurely breakfast and enjoy a flexible departure time depending on your flight schedule and timing
