Spanish Photography Holiday

Enjoy the outstanding photo opportunities in Andalucía on this 7 night photography holiday set in a pueblo blanco of Torrox where you will be taking your photography skills to a new level in the scenic and vibrant surroundings steeped in history and culture.

Highlights of the Trip

This unique photography holiday is one of the first to offer a combined course in camera AND smartphone photography. Bring a camera and your smartphone to experience expert tuition on how to get great shots from both devices.

Your expert tutor will help you explore your creative side as well as teaching you about composition, exposure, lighting, subject matter and much more.

The holiday is based in the charming white village of Torrox which boasts the best climate in Europe with over 300 days of sunshine. This makes it an ideal location for long days spent in different locations capturing beautiful Andalucia through a lens.

I booked this holiday as I wanted to improve my photography (from beginner) whilst having a holiday at the same time. The tuition was excellent, although informal, and has enabled me to move from auto to manual camera settings. I now always use manual settings. The locations we visited were interesting and allowed lots of time for practise with feedback provided at the end of the day. Overall the meals were excellent and the group evening meal in various outdoor restaurants added to the great holiday atmosphere with the six other photographers on the holiday. For a first time, the learning experience was excellent but I'm not sure that I would gain as much from a return holiday, although many of the other photographers had returned for a second and third time.

This was a really enjoyable holiday, which was completely made by Paul & Victoria who run the company. They were very friendly hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The trip was well organised, the photographic locations interesting and the food & company were fantastic.
