What You'll Do

Enjoy a truly unique, exclusive experience, as you learn to cook authentic paella in the stunning garden of a traditional mountain house, to the soundtrack of that most essential Spanish sound, Flamenco.

Arrive in the stunning scenery of the rugged Mallorcan mountains, specifically the incredibly picturesque hamlet of Galilea, a collection of stunning houses nestled on the wooded mountains, far from the crowds of tourists.

You’ll be welcomed to our traditional mountain house, and begin a delicious, hands-on cooking class of the classic paella dish, whilst you learn all the secrets and gastronomic history that goes into creating it to perfection.

You’ll also learn how to make salmorejo and a number of traditional tapas dishes, and of course, they will all be paired with excellent wines cultivated and produced on the island itself.

This will all take place in the stunning setting of our garden, sitting in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Sierra de Tramontana and offering mesmerising views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Relax as the cool sea breeze washes through the pure mountain air, and carries the notes from the beautiful and passionate voice of a Dama de Sur Flamenco singer.

Then enjoy the fruits of your labour, a truly authentic, fresh, home-cooked Spanish meal in a beautiful setting with your hosts.
