Ryan and Nic focus on creating sustainable culinary experiences with a knack for the perfect picnic. They prepare sustainable dishes sourced from the Western Cape coastline and surrounds, coupled with some of their favourite locations around Cape Town.
They’ll cook and prepare and present to you in a comfortable picnic setting, a meal of several dishes from all these edible delights. They’ll chat to you about the source of the ingredients such as local herbs, seaweeds, fynbos ( local flora) as well as the history behind cooking in the Cape.
