Scottish Highland Luxury Glamping Retreat

What You'll Do

Situated close to the Cairngorms National Park these beautiful glass fronted luxury glamping pods are ideally positioned to take in the scenic views of the Balintore Valley right from the comfort of your sofa or your private Scandinavian wood burning ECO hot tub!

Enjoy an idyllic Scottish Highlands escape and explore the surrounding Glenprosen, Gelncolva and Gelnisla hills or the renowned beaches of Lunany Bay and St Cyrus Nature Reserve in this wonderful off the beaten track retreat.

Each luxury pod accommodates up to 4 people so they are perfect for a family getaway or a couples romantic weekend.   And with 3 glamping pods on site, it’s great for groups of family or friends looking to enjoy time away in a secluded and picturesque location.

The interior of each pod is a combination of exposed pine and chic, grey painted timber to provide a cosy, yet modern feel.

Each pod has a king size bed and an internal bathroom with full-sized shower. Sit back and read or relax with a drink of choice in your ‘living area’ complete with sofa and coffee table. If required, the sofa can be easily pulled out into a cosy double bed.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with hob, oven (including pizza stone), fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, toaster and kettle. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans are all provided. We just ask you bring any utensils that are required for younger children.

But the real wow is outside where you’ll find your own enclosed decking area with breathtaking views and of course the wonderful wood burning hot tub which are chemical-free and are one of the most fuel and water efficient models on the market.  Imagine stargazing whilst sitting in your hot tub with a glass of your favourite tipple!

On top of this, there are a range of communal facilities including a fire pit, a BBQ hut(small supplement payable locally) and even a play area to keep the children busy.

All wood for hot tubs and the fire pit are provided and included in the cost of your stay.
