Savoury tart with pear and gorgonzola
• 1 ready – made puff – pastry sheet
• 4 mature pears
• 200 g Gorgonzola cheese
• Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 160 C. Spread the pastry into a round quiche pan. Peel and cut the pears into thin slices. Using about half of the cheese, place small pieces of the Gorgonzola on the pastry base; add the pear slices, then the remainder of the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook in the oven for around 40 minutes.
