Your city break in Porto begins with you being picked up from the airport and transferred straight to your accommodation, where you’ll have some free time to refresh, re-energise, and get your bearings before you head off for your first wine tour.

3h30_Vintage & Port Wine: At Vila Nova de Gaia pier you will enter a wine cellar – The Port Wine Cellars, with a stunning viewpoint to the river and the Ribeira do Porto area for a 3.5 hour vintage and Port tasting.

Your hotel is in the heart of Old Town Porto, the most beautiful and atmospheric area of the city, so is a perfect base for your free time when it comes to exploring.
As part of the break, you will take the train out to the Douro Valley region, returning on the same day to your hotel.
