Anton and Christin managed to sort out a walk for me at very short notice. They are a very warm and welcoming family.  Despite it being a very hot day, a 4 hour walk went very quickly and Anton has a lot of interesting knowledge of the local area. The swim in the lake was a welcome break during the walk as was a stop at a lovely little cafe in a local village. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of being part of a walking tour along the Fisherman's Trail of the Rota Vincentina. After meeting in the picturesque village of Aljezur, we climbed through cobblestoned streets to pass through farmland and eucalyptus. Chris, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and a local of the area. The small seaside village of Monte Clerigo and the walk along the cliff tops were the highlights for me. We were blessed with perfect weather - slightly overcast for the steeper parts and brilliant blue sunny skies for the trail overlooking the west coast. 18kms well walked!

Requested the tour during the off-season, on the off-chance that I could join another group of walkers while I was in Aljezur for February. Anton was quick to reply and after a few exchanges, led me on a most pleasant and informative walk around Bordeira. We stopped for coffee, chatted for four hours, he brought water and snacks, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with this young British tour leader. His recommendations for local restaurants, wine makers, and explanations of local flora and fauna, mixed in with practical history were a highlight of my stay in Algarve. I highly recommend touching base if you want a walking or motorbike outing, or if you're looking for a rental. Thank you Anton
