I decided to do this tour to spend time with friends discovering Verona. It was a wonderful experience thanks to our guide Sara who was very professional but at the same time friendly, she explained the history of Verona through the visit and took us to a wine shop where we could taste and buy some excellent typical wine of Verona. When i return to Verona i'll try the other tours that you propose! thank you!

There were three of us in the group. Sara brought us to the castle for a quick tour and then we were off to 2 fabulous wine tastings and lunch at one of them. All of the owners that we met with were very hospitable and generous with their time, food and drink. We felt as though we were part of their Saturday dinner.

We had Sara as our leader for the 4 hour food and wine tour in a group of 8 people. The tour was at a relaxed pace and very informative and Sara was very engaging. We visited a number of small local eateries ranging from patisseries through to restaurants via a wine shop. All the places we visited were traditional and interesting. We would definitely recommend this tour as a good way to learn about the area.
