Immerse yourself in the Italian food culture with a unique cooking experience at home with an expert local chef.
You’ll meet your local guide at 11 am in Piazza Bra n.28 and will proceed to the home of our experienced chef, where, in this relaxed atmosphere, you will learn the passionate art of true Italian and Veronese cuisine. You’ll cook everything from fresh pasta to homemade risotto and will conclude with a delicious local dessert.
Your exclusive cooking class in Verona includes some appetizers prepared for you by our chef, a first course, a main dish — usually our fresh stuffed pasta, fresh tagliatelle or gnocchi for Carnival season- and the glorious Tiramisù to end!
You can choose the menu which you prefer:
The classes are entirely in English but are held by Italian chefs. They are interactive, hands-on and everyone is encouraged to get involved.
During the experience you will also have the chance to taste some excellent local wines.
After the workshop you can enjoy your prepared meal all together, while sipping a glass of local great wine!
All the participants will be given the recipes to the dishes they prepared so that you can recreate your perfect Italian dinner at home and amaze your friends with your new culinary skills.

I had such a good time during the entire experience. It was really funny and I’ve learned some cooking tips that I will definitely use at home. The chef was a really nice and professional person. She’s there for you, if you need some help. We’ve made some home-maded pasta and tiramisù and once we’ve done the preparation for the dough, she cooked everything for us. I really suggest this full-immersion in italian food experience because it’s so funny and you have the possibility to learn something more about italian food culture.

Our experience with Michela was a very positive one. She is not only a great chef, but also a wonderful human being. In a private cooking class, she taught us how to make gluten free gnocchi, and a delicious saltimbocca dish. A few days after our cooking class with her, we asked if she would prepare a private dinner for us, and join us to enjoy the meal. We will never forget the incredible meal she prepared. I really enjoyed the cooking class, the chef was well prepared and taught us really well how to cook some ravioli, tagliatelle and also tiramisu. She first showed us how to do it and then let us repeat it while also following us during the process. Then, of course, she cooked us what we prepared before and we had a great lunch all together. If you are gluten intolerant, don't worry, the chef has gluten-free flour ready to be used. I'd recommend it to anyone who is interested in Italian food and is trying to learn how to prepare it to eat for yourself
