Cook until you drop (well, not literally!) on this wonderful 7 night intensive Italian cooking holiday. With daily cooking lessons, this is the only cooking programme around that offers this much cooking time.
Your lessons will last about 5 hours each on your cooking days, where everyday in the kitchen will bring new recipes, flavours, skills and challenges with expert chefs to guide you to make sure you know exactly what you’re doing. One of your days will include a trip to the food market in Florence with your chef, where you can find the very freshest of the day, and know what to keep an eye out for once you return home.
And there is no pressure to scribble notes as you go through each lessons – you will also be taking home with you your own 150 page cookbook, to recreate what you have learned in your own kitchen.
The villa’s estate produces red Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil from its own vineyards and groves and the antique cellar is used for storing wine; which is a must for you to try! Produce for your lessons is sourced from the estate when possible, using their olive oil, wine and vegetables from the garden.
When you are not in the kitchen, the estate is yours to enjoy. Have a swim or explore the local area. There are some restaurants within walking distance if you muster the strength to go out for some more food!
