The Irpinia Area & Feudi di San Gregorio & Mastroberardino

Summary

Experience a guided tour of two of the most famous wine companies in the area. Taste the different wines and enjoy a classic buffet Campanian lunch.

Irpinia is the land of a strong and proud people, rich in traditions. The cultivation of the vine has always been one of the most widespread traditions, and the art of making wine is, certainly, the
oldest in the area.

This experience will be a journey through green hills, to savour great wines, the three DOCGs, from Campania – Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, Taurasi accompanied by tasting the local gastronomic tradition of cheese and salami.

Here, in this area surrounded by nature, there are the two major producers of Campania wines: MASTROBERARDINO & FEUDI DI SAN GREGORIO.

Mastroberardino has always been famous in the Italian and world wine scene, strongly linked to the territory, the ancient traditions and techniques of classic production. It has an ancient, age-old cellar, which gives the typical sense of welcome of the hearth, standing as a symbol of rooted family values.

Feudi di San Gregorio is today the symbol of the enological renaissance of southern Italy and of an authentic culture of drinking, aimed at rediscovering the profound identity of Mediterranean flavors.

After a visit to both companies and rich wine tastings, your driver will take you back to your hotel.
