In our countryside, where there are thousands of centuries-old olive trees, the harvest time is often a festival for families and friends who use it to meet and enjoy the time together. A party atmosphere that we would like to share with you. Riding a mountain bike or by a minibus, you will arrive in a field of very old olive trees nearby a large farm built during the Sixteenth century, where you will pick olives using different techniques with local farmers. During the day you will have a light lunch with typical Apulian products and everything you need to live an authentic and comfortable experience.

In the afternoon we will take the picked olives to a local oil mill, where you will see the modern techniques that we use to make oil and then taste the extra virgin oil just made.
