Get stuck into the legendary Neapolitan food scene on this unique cooking class with two giants in Naples', Sergio and Alberto Corbino, on an experience that goes beyond food, and helps you get in touch with the soul of this special city.

The experience takes place atop the iconic Posillipo Hill, which offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples, in a historic dwelling equipped with a beautiful terrace.

Here, you’ll meet Sergio Corbino, an exponent of the Italian Academy of Cooking and a true expert in Italian, and specifically Neapolitan, cuisine. He is opening his door to you to share his passion for the incredibly indulgent food on offer in Naples, as well as some of his culinary secrets…

You’ll learn how to prepare and cook the freshest seasonal ingredients the Neapolitan way, in a hands-on cooking class with your gastronome. During the class, you’ll be taught all the techniques and tips required to make you a master in the kitchen, as well as a few homespun secrets known only to the locals.

The chefs you work with have played a huge part in influencing Neapolitan cuisine, but this is more than just an Italian cooking class. You’ll experience authentic Neapolitan culture, conviviality, traditions and ways to socialise, and essentially understand what it is to be a true Naples local.
