If I want to just get an idea of availability should I submit an official request via the website?

Only submit a ‘check availability’ request via our website if you know your customer wants to go ahead and book should that request come back available.   Once a request has been made, should the host confirm availability, the booking is then confirmed and you/customer will be liable for payment.
