Personal Trainer Demi has an approach to health and wellbeing that aims to help you feel lighter, toned and rejuvenated by the end of your stay. Demi is also joined by instructors, Danny, Nabs and Dionne.
Danny is a CYQ Certified Level 3 personal trainer and mad about fitness; Danny decided to follow his passion and help people get fit, feel better and achieve their goals. He specialises in weight loss and body toning and will be sure to push you every step of the way while making full use of the outdoor gym where possible.
Dionne is a yoga instructor and has completed IYT 250 hours Teacher training course in India. Dionne practises different forms of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin but her lessons focus mainly on Hatha yoga with focus on alignment and breath.
Nabs will be joining the retreat on specific dates only to lead yoga lessons. Based in the UK but travelling regularly all over the world, he has over 10 years of dedicated practice eventually qualifying as a yoga instructor in Thailand.
