Meaghan is from American but now calls the beautiful region of Tuscany her home. Meaghan is the host on her Tuscan cookery holidays, heading up a great team of both admin staff and chefs.

The expert Italian chefs are passionate about sharing their knowledge of Tuscan cooking with their students and all classes are held in the antique gallery kitchen of an authentic Italian villa with a huge fireplace and a marble sink, an ideal setting to learn about authentic Tuscan cooking.

True to the culinary traditions of Tuscany, all the produce used is from the surrounding estate which also produces red Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil from the vineyards and groves. The antique cellar is used for storing wine and is the setting for wine tasting classes.
