We really appreciated Spence's time and attention which really did exceed my expectations of my first ever cooking lesson. The gite was so welcoming and full of your character which also made a great place to cook overlooking the wonderful countryside. Although we’ve been to many many markets in our time, having a chef with local knowledge was a huge bonus especially when deciding the upcoming choices of dishes. We loved the lesson & learnt much in such a short time but gave us increased confidence & skills for the future.

Brilliant experience made extra special by Spence. Nothing was too much trouble, he went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. The quality of the tuition is first class with dishes I will cook for a long time. Stay in the Gite if possible, fab views and very cosy.
