French and Yoga in Montpellier

What You'll Do

Develop your French in Montpellier with expert teachers and get to relax with some peaceful yoga. Learn in small groups and enjoy some yoga in French with all the necessities already provided!

The course includes 20 lessons a week (15 hours) and is available for anyone, beginners (A0) all the way to advanced speakers (C1).

You will be tested before arrival so that the teacher can understand what level you will be starting at. Through interactive sessions where you will be speaking as well as writing and learning the basics 0f the language you will leave a much better linguist.

Class are from 10 am to 1:15pm on Monday and then 9 am to 12:15pm Tuesday to Friday. These will all be taught by an expert who graduated from French University in French as a Foreign Language. The teacher will use a variety of methods to keep the course fun and interactive to keep you engaged.

At the end of your course you will have a final test to see how you have progressed and will be rewarded with an official certificate of your level.

On top of this, you will be able to improve your yoga abilities in a relaxed and supportive environment. You will be practicing yoga everyday and you will be able to meet people sharing the same passions and interests as you. Furthermore, you will be able to experience the local culture in your free time and even take what you have learnt out into the real world and interact with the locals.

Day 1-5

A Typical Day

Your lessons on each day will take place Monday-Friday, with them running from 10:00 to 13:15 on Mondays, and from 09:00 to 12:15 on Tuesdays through to Fridays.

Every day you will also be able to take part in yoga sessions with a professional instructor, with classes running all the way through from the morning until the evening.

This way, you can pick a schedule that best suits you! If you’re an early riser you can get your yoga in before you start your French lessons for the day, or you can simply wait until you are done with learning French before winding down with a yoga session.

What can I do in my free time?

Many people choose to travel solo on our language holidays, as they’re a great way of meeting like-minded people who want to immerse themselves in new cultures as they travel the world.

In Montpellier, you can explore the maze of grand boulevards and shady old town alleys that hide lively pubs and bars, or spend some time lounging on the nearby white-sand beaches.

Montpellier is a city in Southern France, known for its history and culture. You will be able to explore the beautiful Mediterranean city as you complete your course. Visit some of the beautiful architectural designs in the area and learn about the city’s rich history on your day off. You are also only a short drive from the coast which would be the perfect break from all your hard work!
