The Garden Flat is an authentic two bedroom flat on the ground floor of a beautiful Georgian building.
The unique accommodation is all on one level and there are two lovely bedrooms with quality furnishings, the master a king and the second a twin, the master is ensuite with a bath and shower over and there is a second shower room.
There is a wonderful spacious ambience with a large opening between the kitchen and living room, making it double aspect – with large windows at either end. Enjoy the beautiful living room, with comfortable sofas, a TV and fireplace.
This room also has gorgeous large windows overlooking the gardens and courtyard,with natural light flowing in throughout the day.
The kitchen is bright and modern and fully equipped, with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, an island and a table with seating for four, the perfect place for relaxed mealtimes!
Throughout your stay, you will also have access to the breathtaking communal grounds and you are just a ten minute walk to the beach and the centre of Charmouth.

You will be staying in Charmouth, a gorgeous costal town near the seaside. This quaint town is just west of Dorset and very near Lyme Regis. Enjoy all of the beauty and quirks this beautiful English town has to offer!
