Get away from your busy life for a weekend of relaxation in award winning unique accommodation on the River Wyvern. The Amazons boathouse is the perfect getaway for the whole family with activities to keep you busy all weekend.

Just a short 5 minute walk from your private parking space, located on the main river is Amazons, which sleeps 4 people with the comfort of the gentle tide underneath.

The living room is at the front, complete with sliding glass doors onto the deck looking out to the river, a perfect place from which to watch the sunrise, fish and enjoy the end of the day. A sofa, and a small smart tv. The kitchen area is well equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are 2 bedrooms on board. The first has a double bed, while the second is a twin bedroom room with 2 single beds, and both offer great views of the river, where you  can watch boats gently drift along throughout the day. There is also a bathroom complete with a basin, WC, and a bath.

Whilst taking time out, you can put your feet up and use the service provided by Beccles Station cafe, to order an arrival hamper, a picnic for a day out, or even have your breakfast delivered to you while you are on holiday.

Located on a working boatyard, where the pleasant comings and goings of the local wildlife, and during the day the boats cruising in and out create a real buzz about the place.

If you want to get out and about and explore there are canoes and kayaks in order to do that via the river. You can try canoeing,  kayaking or SUPs with a  guided tour or a lesson,  and learn new skills whilst discovering the local area. If you want to try something different our pedal boat for two is a wonderful way to see the wildlife. Private Fishing is permitted off the houseboats and around the yard.
