British Rock ‘n’ Roll & Beatles Tour of London

Summary

See where the most successful British band of all time lived, worked and made history. Be chauffeur driven around the key areas of London that defined the Fab Four and shaped British popular culture in a restored classic Mini Cooper with your very own passionate local guide to bring this famous era to life.

Their musical legacy needs no introduction.  The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, The Who, David Bowie, Queen, Oasis.  Their songs manage to transcend class, gender and creed to inspire generations.  Even today, they still seem current – timeless, the lyrics just as prolific as they were when they were written.  People flock from all over the world on a musical pilgrimage to see where they made their history.  You will be placed right in the cover shot at the famous Abbey Road Studios crossing, die-hard Beatles fans always take their shoes off!  What better way to see these iconic sights than from the very same perspective as The Fab Four.  Paul, John, Ringo and George all drove Minis!  You can now travel just as they did.  Obviously you will be rocking out to the best of their titles along the way…  We will also show you where these famous Rock legends lived, shopped, relaxed and played gigs.  An absolute MUST for any music fanatic!

My family and I took a 4 hour personal tour with Sam, Tom, and Jaime (tour guides/ stunt drivers). We requested 3 classic Minis, as there was a total of 8 occupants. We are a family of Mini/MINI owners, our pride in joy being a 1962 MK1 we named Victoria as a tribute to this tour/trip. We had high expectations. Normally, high expectations lead to lack luster results and a poor experience. Our expectations were exceeded in every way! They were on time and extremely professional throughout the day. The cars were clean, comfortable, and ran perfectly. Each vehicle had it's own character & name, and each tour guide also matched in that highly infectious happy-go-lucky attitude towards the cars and the city. Not just the memories, we made friends for life! They took us to places we would have never seen otherwise. All three drivers/ tour guides were extremely fun and full of knowledge. They know the history of the cars, and the history of the city. Sam, our tour leader, went out of her way to accommodate to special requests, and above and beyond to insure all of us were comfortable and happy. She promptly followed-up after our tour, and provided valuable insight on top restaurants and places to see. I would recommend this tour to everyone. It is worth every singe penny/ British pence. If you love Mini/MINIs, or the city and history of London, you cannot enjoy it any better way. We were rock stars. We brought a smile to faces across all ages, genders, and creed. This was truly an experience to highlight all experiences. I don't normally take the time to write reviews, as it is rare to find people that put a real pride in their trade or craft. Thank you for the ride. Thank you for the memories. Motor on!

Authentic music, fabulous factoids, classic car, personable and passionate personnel - more fun than you can dream possible in a small car in a big city. I felt like we were extras in the Italian job as we sped around London, negotiating double deckers, discovering secret courtyards, hurtling around underground tunnels and zipping through skinny backstreets in a nippy British icon. I didn't want it to end. It was phenomenal!

Looking for something original to do in London to entertain a visiting friend. Not sure how I came across this tour, but very glad I did. Even as a native Londoner I learned loads of interesting facts, and the car is awesome! Beetles tunes playing, growling engine of original mini, rain on the windscreen and the knowledge of our guide made for a truly original day out!
