Sunny mornings at the bakery, hours learning the secrets of how to create puff & chou pastry, souffles, macarons, will be sure to fly by. But there are also the ingredients to create a memorable holiday – time to lounge poolside, a chance to cycle through country lanes and an incredible Zulu BBQ with the chefs under the stars.
