Learn how to make a traditional Cape Malay dishes, e.g bobotie, Denning vleis, Daaltjies, how to fold Samosas(traditional Cape Malay spicy snack, Cape Malay curry and Roti (foleded curry in a special wrap like pastry)

As this is a family home venue and practising Halaal not alcohol can be brought or served at at this Adventur

Hands on cooking class given by well know Cape Malay Cook and South African personality Salwaa Smith. Guests will discover the secrets of mixing unique masala for an authentic curry. Learn how to make a traditional Cape Malay dish, e.g bobotie, denning vleis, daaltjies, how to fold samosas, Cape Malay curry and roti or Penang curry. Guests will also have the opportunity to make sambals/condiments to accompany the dishes
